Symphony Pointe in Elkhorn, NE is looking for an HR Assistant to help us get off to the right start! We are located in Elkhorn/ West Omaha, NE, and looking to bring the right person on to help us grow our team.
This person will join our leadership team, oversee the hiring and onboarding of new staff, supervise our reception team, and get to work in a fantastic environment.
HR Assistant position details:
This position oversees reception and assists with some administrative tasks.
Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues.
THIS POSITION WOULD PAY $25.
00 an hour.
Accounts Payable:
Receive, get approval, scan, organize, and file invoices Print, get a signature, and distribute manual checks as necessary Accounts Receivable:
Submit invoice preferences and additional changes to personnel files to the Corporate Maintain move-in and move-out dates and manage resident deposits Scan and process deposits and forward the information to the Corporate Payroll, Human Resources, and Reception:
Monitor daily time card punches and work with departmental supervisors to ensure accurate compensation for staff Oversee and manage the reception employees and establish work schedules Screen applications, handle new hire paperwork, administer benefits, perform onboarding, and track employee training Forward applicable documents for adding a new employee to the Corporate Submit worker's compensation reports and forms to HR Answer phones and offer excellent customer service Perform tours for resident prospects and be available to work weekends on occasions based on needs HR Assistant knowledge:
Prior bookkeeping, file maintenance, and administrative abilities preferred Accomplish a reasonable quantity and quality of work, reflecting good time management, job commitment, confidentiality, and ability to prioritize Establish and communicate constructively with co-workers, residents, families, visitors, and prospects Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while working with staff, residents, and family members A high school diploma is preferred We believe in taking care of our employees by offering comprehensive
