Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Desk Analyst to provide comprehensive IT support across a wide range of issues.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve a variety of IT-related problems, from Microsoft 365 administration to troubleshooting printers and beyond.
This role requires a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Provide expert assistance with Microsoft 365 administration and applications, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including email problems, slow computer performance, basic application errors, line-of-business (LOB) application issues, and printer malfunctions.
Guide users through problem-solving processes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Track and document issues and resolutions in detail within our help desk software.
Stay current with the latest technologies and solutions related to IT support and operations.
Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and FAQs to help reduce resolution times and improve client self-service options.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a support desk role.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of attention to detail.
Certification Requirements:
MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) within 6 months of hire.
CompTIA A
certification within 1 year of hire.
