Fulcrum is seeking experienced Enterprise Architects to be embedded as a member of a two-person team at USSTRATCOM. ? This individual will support an Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence to improve Combatant Command (CCMD) Intelligence Information Technology (CCIIT). The Enterprise Architect works as a member of a global CCMD 20-person technical team in conjunction with the program office, USSTRATCOM, and the services to develop and manage the global enterprise architecture (EA) to improve US Intelligence Community (IC) capabilities in support of our warfighters and coalition partners. ? To enable this, the Systems Architects will be responsible for defining and executing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Strategy and for maintaining related guidance, resources, and deliverables? ? Duties & Responsibilities:? ? ? ??????? As a command representative embed at USSTRATCOM, this individual will foster and enhance relations with the goal of collecting strategic, operational, and tactical information, requirements, and activities ? ? ??????? Provide EA Decision Support to develop USSTRATCOM-level enterprise architecture to be integrated into a larger Enterprise of Enterprises architecture to support Combatant Commanders, CCMD J2s, and other intelligence community partners and stakeholders. ? ? ??????? Function as an Architecture Analyst utilizing architectural data to support decision makers, strategic roadmaps, programs and projects, and others to maximize intelligence capabilities, reduce risk, and manage transitional activities ? ? ??????? Perform Subject Matter Interviews with CCMD representatives gathering data to collect and describe operational and system processes, nodes, activities, associated inputs, controls, outputs, and mechanisms. ? Identify the key operational activities, related business processes, and systems architecture encompassing the complete intelligence cycle ? ? ??????? Develop USSTRATCOM views and data compliant with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF). ?? Prepare, staff to receive CCMD and CCIIT approval, and publish architecture documents. ? Research, develop, document, and analyze USSTRATCOM architectures to identify mission capability gaps, overlaps, and shortfalls ? ? ??????? Determine and recommend architectural, IT, or process solutions; research and develop other architecture related documents and plans ? ? ??????? As needed and approved, support USSTRATCOM EA CCMD specific technical tasking as well as ad hoc CCIIT program office tasking ? ? ??????? Participate and provide input to CCIIT, IC, and CCMD Enterprise Architecture related Technical meetings? ? ??????? Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. ? ? ? Minimum Qualifications:? ? ? ??????? Five (5) years of related IC, CCMD, and EA experience? ? ??????? Background in DoD intelligence IT systems and capabilities; familiarity with US CCMDs, Joint Staff? ? ??????? Strong and detailed understanding of command assets, tools, and practices; prefer past experience with USSTRATCOM? ? ??????? Enterprise architecture (DoDAF) experience? ? ??????? Strong written and Oral skills ? ? ??????? Proficient at all MS Office Products ? ? ??????? Detailed Oriented ? ? ??????? A strong and detailed understanding of COCOM IT assets and IC tools and practices. ? ? ??????? Candidate must be motivated, professional, and able to work on site with limited supervision to be successful? ? Desired Qualifications:? ? ? ??????? Enterprise Architecture Tool Knowledge and experience? ? ??????? USSTRATCOM specific IT experience and USSTRATCOM understanding? ? Education : ? Must have BS in systems engineering, computer science, or an information technology discipline from an accredited university. Four additional years? operational experience may be a substitute for the degree.? ? Clearance Requirements: ???????????? ? Must have active TS/SCI clearance? ? Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
